Startorio receives an instruction in a search field, offers optional word signals, and routes the completed instruction to a results provider. These rules govern that sequence.
Protocol acceptance
Accessing Startorio establishes an agreement between you and the Startorio service operator under these Service Terms. The Interface License governs the code and presentation; the Privacy Policy documents information flow. If you do not agree with all three, you must not use Startorio.
Access requirements
You may use Startorio only if you have legal capacity to accept these terms. The service is not intended for a person under 13. A person acting for an entity confirms authority to bind it and remains responsible for activity performed through that access.
Signal path
At two typed characters, Startorio can send the current text to Datamuse’s suggestion API. Selecting a suggestion or submitting text opens a Queryvello results page. Suggestions are generated by an independent service and do not represent Startorio’s opinion, recommendation, or validation.
Queryvello determines the results experience. Startorio cannot guarantee the order, completeness, legality, quality, or ongoing availability of any result or destination.
Permitted traffic
Use the interface for genuine, lawful searches. You must not generate deceptive or abusive requests; overload the interface or its providers; use unauthorized bots, crawlers, or scripts; distribute malware; interfere with another user; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. You must also respect third-party rights and any provider rules that apply after your browser leaves Startorio.
External systems
Datamuse, Queryvello, hosting infrastructure, email systems, and linked websites are operated independently. Links and technical connections do not mean Startorio sponsors, controls, or guarantees them. You assume responsibility for reviewing external content and deciding whether to rely on it, disclose information, install software, or transact.
Service state
Startorio may be updated, interrupted, restricted, moved, or discontinued. Providers and endpoints may change. We do not commit to uptime, support windows, permanent features, stored settings, or advance notice of every change. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service or others.
No output guarantee
The service and every suggestion are offered “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent the law allows, Startorio disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and security. External search results can be incomplete, outdated, harmful, or misleading.
Damage limits
To the maximum lawful extent, the operator will not be responsible for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or incidental losses, or for lost profit, data, use, goodwill, or opportunity, resulting from Startorio, a suggestion, a search result, or an external site. A limitation does not apply where the law prohibits it or to liability that cannot be waived.
Breach allocation
Where legally permitted, you will defend and reimburse the operator for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful operation of Startorio, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms. This allocation is reduced to the extent a loss was caused by the operator.
Issue resolution
Send a dispute notice to support@startorio.com before commencing a formal claim when practical. Identify yourself, describe the issue, and state the requested resolution. Both sides should first attempt a reasonable, good-faith resolution. Urgent remedies and rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.
Protocol revisions
These terms may be revised when Startorio’s operation, providers, risk profile, or legal obligations change. A new effective date identifies a revision. Continuing to use the service after a revision takes effect means you accept it to the extent applicable law recognizes that acceptance.
Final controls
Applicable law governs without removing mandatory local protections. If a term cannot operate, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed and the other terms remain active. No waiver is implied by delay. These Service Terms, the Interface License, and Privacy Policy are the complete Startorio agreement and do not create employment, agency, partnership, or beneficiary rights.
